Presidium of the Supreme Court
The Presidium of the Supreme Court is composed of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Deputy Chief Justices and judges of the Supreme Court.
The Chief Justice and Deputy Chief Justices are members of the Presidium ex officio. Other judges are appointed as members of the Presidium in accordance with federal constitutional law.
The Presidium reviews judicial acts in cases provided for by procedural legislation, considers issues of judicial practice and coordinates the work of the judicial chambers and the Court Administration.
Sessions of the Presidium are held as necessary, but at least once a month.
