International reviews and summaries
This section contains analytical materials prepared and published by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on international judicial and human rights practice. The materials are intended to support courts in taking into account legal positions formulated by intergovernmental bodies and other international mechanisms when considering administrative, civil, economic, criminal and other cases.
The section includes reviews of the practice of intergovernmental bodies for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, summaries of practice and legal positions of international bodies, lists of international treaties of the Russian Federation, lists of other international documents, and reports on the observance of human rights and freedoms in individual states.
The materials cover issues relevant to judicial practice, including administrative law, migration, deprivation of liberty, medical assistance in places of detention, family life, protection of minors, rights of persons with disabilities, economic disputes, criminal justice and the practice of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union.
