Born August 1, 1974, in Kuznetsk, Penza Region.

Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University (Ulyanovsk branch) in 1996.
From September 1996 to June 1997, he was an investigator in the Leninsky District Prosecutor's Office of Ulyanovsk.
From June 1997 to February 1999, he was a senior investigator in the Ulyanovsk Prosecutor's Office.
From February 1999 to July 2004, he was a lawyer for an insurance company in Ulyanovsk.
From July 2004 to November 2010, he was a judge in the Leninsky District Court of Ulyanovsk.
From December 2010 to November 2017, he served as a judge of the Ulyanovsk Regional Court and chairman of the panel of judges of the Civil Division of the Ulyanovsk Regional Court.
Since November 2017, he has been a judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
Since August 2023, he has served as chairman of the first-instance panel of the Administrative Division of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

By Resolution No. 59-SF of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation dated March 4, 2026, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Disciplinary Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
