Bilateral Cooperation
The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation develops bilateral cooperation with highest judicial authorities of foreign states on the basis of cooperation agreements, memoranda of understanding, protocols of intent and joint statements.
Bilateral cooperation is aimed at maintaining regular professional contacts, exchanging information on legislation and judicial practice, studying national experience in the administration of justice, holding mutual visits, conferences, seminars and training programmes, and developing cooperation in the field of digital technologies used in court activity.
As of 25 June 2026, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation has concluded bilateral cooperation documents with highest judicial authorities and judicial institutions of 37 states.
