Krupnov Igor Vladimirovich

Born July 2, 1965, in Vladimir.

After graduating with honors from the Lviv Higher Military-Political School in 1986, he served in the military as an officer until 1990.

In 1993, he graduated with honors and a gold medal from the Military Law Faculty of the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, specializing in jurisprudence. He then served as the head of the chancery of the naval military court, judge and deputy chairman of the garrison military court, judge and chairman of the panel of judges of the Northern Fleet Military Court, and, since 2005, deputy chairman of the North Caucasus District Military Court and chairman of the judicial panel for civil cases.

Since 2007, he has been a judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, since 2009, deputy chairman of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court, and since 2014, chairman of the panel of judges of the Judicial Panel for Military Personnel Cases of the Supreme Court.
In October 2009, he was appointed a member of the Cassation Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, and in December 2011, a member of the Appellate Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

By Resolution No. 183-SF of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation dated June 18, 2025, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation – Chairman of the Judicial Collegium for Administrative Cases of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
