Eurasian Economic Union
Cooperation with the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union and participation in EAEU-related professional events are focused on issues of uniform application of Union law, development of economic justice, customs regulation, competition rules and judicial dialogue between national courts and the Court of the EAEU.
In 2024 and 2025, representatives of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation took part in international conferences of the Court of the EAEU in Minsk devoted to the rule of law in the Eurasian Economic Union and the uniform application of EAEU law. In December 2024, the Chairperson of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation also held a meeting with the Chairperson of the Court of the EAEU to discuss current issues of cooperation.
