She was born on December 14, 1965, in Tulun, Irkutsk Oblast. In 1988, she graduated with honors from the R. A. Rudenko Sverdlovsk Law Institute (awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor) with a degree in jurisprudence. From August 1988 — legal assistant, deputy inter-district prosecutor, prosecutor of the department at the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Buryatia. From August 1999 — judge of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Buryatia. From July 2004 — judge, chair of the judicial panel at the Ninth Arbitration Appellate Court. From July 2008 — judge of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation. From August 2014 — judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, 2nd Judicial Division of the Judicial Collegium for Economic Disputes. From February 2026 — judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, chair of the 1st Judicial Division of the Judicial Collegium for Economic Disputes.
