Khomchik Vladimir Vladimirovich

Born September 8, 1953, in the village of Vetenevka, Slonim District, Grodno Region, Belarus.

Since 1968, he attended a pedagogical college.
Since 1972, he worked as a school teacher.
Since 1973, he served in the military.

Since 1974, he became a cadet in the military law department of the Military Institute of the USSR Ministry of Defense.
Since 1978, he served as a member of the Minsk Garrison Military Tribunal.
Since 1983, he served as a member of the Central Asian Military District Military Tribunal.
Since 1985, he served as inspector, assistant to the chairman, and head of the judicial practice summary department of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, and then the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
Since 1996, he was a judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
Since 2005, he was deputy chairman of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

By Resolution No. 200-SF of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation dated June 17, 2009, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
By Resolution No. 232-SF of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation dated June 18, 2014, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Judicial Collegium for Military Personnel of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
By Resolution No. 105-SF of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation dated March 25, 2020, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Judicial Collegium for Military Personnel of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
